Stérimar Baby is easy to use at any angle

1. Prime the spray by briefly depressing the nozzle

2. Lay baby down on his/her side or sit up with baby’s head tilted to one side

3. Gently insert the nozzle into the nostril.

4. Press the nozzle briefly – let any excess solution run out before wiping the nose.

5. Repeat in the other nostril.

6. To avoid mucus going into the back of the throat do not tilt baby's head backwards.

7. Clean the nozzle after application with soapy water, rinse and dry (a sterile wipe can be used if no water is available but soapy water is preferable).

Use 2 to 6 times a day or more if required in each nostril.
